About The Inferiority Theory
What is my Inferiority?
In 2022, I felt incredibly low. I had just been promoted, my three children are marvellous, my wife is very understanding, my background is privileged. But I felt like a failure. I couldn't sleep, I ate too much, it was getting worse.

The moment that changed was reading a phrase in a book:
​
"You can control what you do, but you can't control if anyone else likes it."
​
I started therapy and read and listened to lots of advice. Life is much better because I don't blame myself for problems. I'm trying to see inferiority as a powerfully positive force.
​
This blog is an attempt to record and remember what I have learnt. I want to share it with others in my own way and hope that one day, when everyone embraces their inferiority, we'll stop arguing and actually solve some of our problems.
